How I got here
How I got here
Before design, I spent 4+ years as a Senior Product Consultant at Freshworks, helping enterprise teams untangle messy workflows and turn “this is broken” into “this just works.”
Somewhere between whiteboarding with executives and watching users struggle through clunky tools, I realized the real magic happens where business goals and human needs overlap, so I shifted into UX and never looked back.

How I design
Great design is invisible, if you don’t notice it and still get your job done faster, that’s a win.
Fintech is my favourite challenge: turning intimidating money flows into calm, confident moments for users.
Research is my not-so-secret weapon. I love digging into interviews, finding the “aha” frustrations, and translating them into clear product decisions teams can act on.

When I’m not wireframing, you’ll probably find me:
Trying to eat my way through every interesting restaurant in Toronto (an impossible but delicious side quest)
Getting far too invested in action movies
Wandering city trails and quietly people watching, how they interact with the world (prime UX research, if you ask me)
